What you wake up to influences your day!

What and who do you wake up to? Stress or hope? When you are driving, you get a map out, or set up your satnav. Without that route map, you might end up where you had no intention to be! Your morning routine is one of the key practices which set you apart from anyone still to recognise the importance of conscious living! It determines what day you are getting yourself into. It is the hallmark of the day's momentum. It is easy to be swept by the currents of any stream if you do not set up your day intentionally! Do you wake up to news and social media or do you foremost start your day with a routine, Such as Waking up to gratitude, meditation, deep breathing, Carthartic shake, affirmations, self-hugs and setting an intention. Throughout the day, mindfulness, Segment intending; Boundaries; Forgiveness; Less complaining; Exercise; Healthy eating; Sifting through experiences and deducting everything else, and leaving what feels good and what is helpful by self-parenting; SIFTSEM any triggers or life challenges to avoid toxic positivity; Self-encouragement!
Laughter!
Smile!
Let go!
Hope! This is dichotomy of control. This is the key to thriving! When you get out into the world, recognise the story you take into the world each moment.
This comes from the intention you set in the morning. To recognise this story, pause in each situation. Feel your way into every encounter with others, with yourself, with the world. Let the story that you woke up to shape or determine your day in your best interest! Remember, you can still reset each moment, each encounter, each day! You are the the child, you are the parent!
