Doing the work is the way to heal your existence. You might do the work in different ways, but emotional healing and cognitive restructuring are necessary to improve your existence.
You can only achieve peace through deliberately move into and through your emotions and thoughts, and using them to create solutions, as you intentionally change behaviour. What you will get.
1. Discipline
Through maintenance of a daily routine, you learn discipline. Through this discipline, you are inclined to develop new habits.
2. Self-commitment Repeating your practiced self-care habits, you train yourself to be committed to yourself. It comes naturally to you to prioritise yourself and pay attention to your needs.
3. Responsibility
Self-prioritisation and the benefits of self-work help you to recognise the responsibility you have for your life. You therefore take charge of your life for unconditional peacefulness.
4. Feeling good Growth mindset means preparation of tools because life will happen. You do not expect life to be easy. There is conflict and misunderstandings. As you apply gratitude, appreciation, affirmations and meditation to reduce the mind-body gap, SIFTSEM to regulate emotions, you are conditioning yourself to improve your emotional baseline. You therefore learn to calibrate yourself to feel good no matter what.
5. Changed behaviour As you practice a change of mindset, you also practice showing up in a way that is helpful for you to maintain your state of feeling good. How you feel matches your behaviour.
6. Unconditional peacefulness Ultimately, the goal is to cultivate unconditional peacefulness or a state of satisfaction in which you choose your side of the stick in any situation. You choose solutions when faced with challenges. You reframe to positives when faced with negatives. You soothe yourself when life gets challenging. You let everyone off the hook, because you take charge of your life.
7. Freedom
When you change your outlook, you automatically start to live consciously and put importance in how you feel. You therefore positively influence your environment unapologetically, eliminating and minimising any negative influences that might adversely affect your wellbeing. You carry your tools everywhere to maintain your how you feel.
With self-boundaries, you recognise your freedom and appreciate that of others too. You therefore do not push against anyone or anything.
