Towards change for women who love too much


We might each believe that our problems are not that bad. Yet, our stories are complicated and full of pain. We relate with compassion to the plight of others who we feel have real troubles.


Women respond to pain in others with sympathy, but may remain blind to their own. We tend to be there for others without an awareness of our empty cup.


It is helpful to start redirecting attention from obsessions with men, toward recovery and quality of life. there are steps you can take towards recovery. They require commitment, months to years of work, as well as tools for life. There are no shortcuts to unlearning to love too much.


We practiced this pattern early on in life, and we will find it frightening, threatening and challenging to give up. The idea is to understand that you will come out the other side.


However, if you do not change your pattern , you will struggle in survival, pushing back, seeing battles where there are none, trying to wait for men you date to change and struggling from relationship to relationship.

Love yourself.

Invest in yourself

You are worth it.
