Three people who impacted you today

A lesson in self-care Reflect on three people who made an impact to you today! When you orient and practice something everyday, other evidence cannot come in. So it is that if you practice self-care, it becomes dominant in your life. You make it a way of life, a belief! You cannot be a vibrational match to something without perpetuating it. Important practice for self-care includes bedtime reflection. Before you go to bed at the end of the day, as you reflect on the day, focus on 1 to 3 people who have in some significant way, impacted your day. Or they have given you significant experiences. Or they have impacted some of your day's outcomes. Look into one person who has made you reflect on something beneficial to you! Perhaps, a second person who might have triggered you. Maybe, a third person who you helped today or who helped you today! Why did you help them? What was the intention? It can be anything, ranging from a situation where you had to think differently, needed to think differently, or recognised something you are doing differently is working. There is so much we learn from strangers on the third level, or our immediate circle that is beneficial to our growth. Record in your journal.

Why are these encounters significant?Include how they made you feel, think and act. How can you take the lessons forward?


These are tools for your growth, that are at your disposal. Marcus Aurelius said, "What is the very best that can be said or done with the materials at your disposal?" Remember, focus is the driver of excellence.
