Explore common triggering situations. This is where your work lies. Situations you criticise, look down on, are defensive or angry about. You will benefit from shifting your whole belief system and replace it with a newer up to date version. We are creatures of habit. Habits of believing certain things, about certain people and things and therefore staying stuck in the same patterns. Sit with your habits and find out why you do what you do, how it is impacting you adversely and what you can do differently. This will take work. It is not possible to change habits and behaviours without reprogramming your mind and teaching your body to be still You are going to need to sit side by side with people who are saying things you do not agree with. People with different perspective and guidance. People who will tell you that no, your thoughts are not the only truth and there are others thoughts out there to consider too. You are going to face difficult questions and painful answers. Only in accepting and weighing different perspective can you begin to do things differently and improve your outcomes.
