If someone is texting you and calling you but they are not making plans to see you, they might not be into you. It is easy to resolve matters like this without wasting time talking to a person who is not making an effort to meet you. You might also feel validated through the texting and calling and therefore settle hoping that it feels like a relationship. However it is not a relationship if you are not meeting up spending time together. The solution therefore is simple. If you have slept with this person it might be that they quickly realise that you are not the right fit. It could be that they are waiting for the right time to get you hooked. Then you might not be able to refuse friends with benefits. However there is really no need to speculate about someone's intention. The important thing is to know what you want and to adhere to it. In this situation you can simply communicate that you are looking for someone who would like to spend time together, and to meet in person. If they do not change their tactics or they do not plan a date you can can simply stop contact.
Silence is not relationship, you need someone who initiates too, you need communication
Texting is not enough, you need to talk on the phone
Talking on the phone is not enough, you need to see someone in person.
Seeing someone as they fit is not enough, you need collaboration and consistency.
Explore why you are in this situation, and accepting breadcrumbs.
Sit with your emotions and explore your belief system.
Heal your inner child.
Practice self-care daily.
Do not initiate or respond to contact.
Block them if they persist.
Continue to date others.
