Healing for relationships To improve your relationship outcomes, you need to make changes in your life. To incorporate those changes in your life so they become a part of your new personality. As we know, if you change nothing, nothing changes. Using your journal, look into; Your beliefs about yourself, others, and the world. Beliefs around relationships and women, if you are heterosexual man, beliefs about men if you are a heterosexual woman, and beliefs about the sex you date for any other group of people. The thoughts and feelings that accompany your beliefs. Your attitudes as a result of those thoughts and emotions. How you express yourself under the influence of that attitude. How you behave and how you communicate to express your beliefs. When you understand yourself in this context, you can begin to ask yourself questions to heal your life and relationships. Where did you learn these beliefs? Are they serving you? What other perspective is out there? What steps can you take to reprogramme your view of the world, people you date and yourself differently in order to improve your relationship outcomes? What mindsets, attitudes, thoughts and behaviours do you need to shed or unsubscribe to. You cannot grow healthy relationships without changing old patterns.
