When we are in a reactive state or feeling traumatised, we can ask questions that might not lead to any satisfactory outcomes or responses. It is important to identify that what we focus on determines the outcomes of our lives.
Consider the questions you ask your friends, or in groups about your situation. Will they lead to answers that help you move forward. Or will they lead to agitation.
There are immediate circles that might also enable you and go along with the questions you ask. This leads to destruction of relationships than solutions. Or you might leave the present relationship without helpful solutions for your next relationship.
Rather than ask people what your ex might be thinking, ask yourself what you are thinking and what you might need to focus on more.
Rather than ask if anyone else's partner in a toxic relationship behaves the same as your partner in your toxic relationship, ask if anyone can support you to learn self-love and detachment.
Rather than ask questions about what to say to get revenge on someone, ask for advice to heal and move forward.
You are in this life experience where you are struggling to accept uncertainty and challenges. You therefore benefit from seeking solutions rather creating more problems.
Ask for support to heal. Ask for tools. Ask for recommendations from others who have been in the same situation. Ask for accountability.
Life will happen and is unpredictable. There are challenges to overcome daily. Not everything will unfold in a straight line. However, you need to get to know yourself well enough to address what you want and how you can get it. Yoy need to get an idea of how you can live with uncertainty of life.
Drama comes in many formats and sometimes our questions are a demonstration that we might be addicted to chaos.
You do not get out of a difficult situation by focusing on the problem. You share your problem then seek support and ask for accountability. We heal in the community with like-minded individuals. You cannot thrive in an environment where people are not encouraging transformation.
Heal for yourself.
