Planting the seed for what you want

If there is something you really want in this life, here are some tips for you.


1. Create a vision board or dream board. Add all aspects you want on it. Do not clutter.


2. Start self-care to improve your emotional baseline, so that you match what you want to achieve. You cannot tune in to a wrong channel and expect to access your desired programme.

3. Feel gratitude, meditate and use deep breathing every morning to reset your day and reduce the mind body gap.


4. Use affirmations with your vision board. Hug and soothe yourself and provide yourself with reassurance.


5. Set an intention to create the day of your choice. Segment intend throughout the day to reset every situation.


6. Do not be too desperate for what you want to the point of looking for it in the wrong places.


7. Change your attitude, reframe your thoughts, reflect on your thoughts and adjust your behaviour. Reflect each day before you go to bed.


8. Be a loving human. If you cannot love do no harm.

9. Learn to detach when you face challenges or drama. Do not participate in problems. Create solutions when you encounter difficulties, instead of dwelling on the problem. SIFTSEM and journal.

10. Trust and allow others to do what is best for them. That isvthe choice you have for yourself too.



11. Trust and allow the universe to deliver in its own time. Your focus is on living in the moment.


12. Live as if you already have it. If you had it, how would you feel and act?

Practice joyful living and peacefulness.

Learn to appreciate what you have. Focus on what is working Learn to appreciate what you get. Learn to see kindness and positive aspects in others. Compliment others. See what they are doing well.
