Not feeling enough. Resolving issues of worthiness.



1. Try to express what you mean when you feel like you are not enough.


2. Explore examples of where you might have felt this way.


b) Write down all examples where you felt as if you are not enough. Being vague does not help you to resolve a developmental need.


For example, " My boyfriend keeps talking to his ex, and that makes me feel insecure. I feel as if I am not what he wants."


3. The feeling originates in you. It will only be resolved in you. So, own your experience.


4. Practice a SIFTSEM and identify root cause and unmet needs.


Create solutions to your low self-worth challenges.


These solutions might also differ, depending on particular triggers.


For the example above, you might want to explore how you can tackle your insecurities.


4. Firstly, what do you do when you feel insecure?

Share steps on what you can do differently.


5. Evaluate your steps daily below your SIFTSEM or in your developmental plan.
