Gifts
Proceed to gifts where possible. What can you gift yourself during the day? Pick up something in nature. Buy yourself a favourite thing every so often. Pick up a flower. Buy yourself flowers.
Quality time
How can you allocate some quality time to yourself in intervals throughout the day? Sit with yourself and just be. Close your eyes, breathe and relax your shoulders and jaw. A walk in nature.
Trips alone.
Sit with yourself during objective evaluation of triggers.
Use essential oils for calming smells to soothe yourself.
Spend time taking in beautiful sights
Acts of service
You might do acts of service constantly, but how can you deliberately give yourself love through acts of service deliberately? Have a mindful bath or shower. Cook yourself your favourite meal. Take yourself out for a meal.
Exercise your body to keep it healthy.
Physical touch Normalise hugging yourself and running your hands on your arms and body. Self-massages. Get massages. Normalise putting your hand on your heart to soothe yourself.
Get your soft favourite linen and run your hand on yourself while covered in it.

Speak kindly to yourself when triggered or as you go about your day.
Reframe your thoughts. Praise yourself
Be grateful. Speak kindly to others. Whatever you say in your day is a word of affirmation. Whether you speak it to you or another, it is for you first. Little love notes to your inner child. Write yourself letters. Journal.
