Little things that we can do
When you get up in the morning, in a healthy home with others, here is what you probably do;
You are pleased that they are alive!
Greet each other, "Good morning!"
Ask how they slept.
Hug each other.
Make conversation.
Make each other drinks or food.
Wish them a good day! Again perhaps with hugs and kisses.
When you get back together later in the day"
Greetings . Smile.
Hugs, kisses.
Ask each other about the day.
Make conversation and spend quality time. Laugh.
Reassure each other and hold space.
Share food or drinks.
Massage each other if you are lovers.
The same needs to apply to you when you are on your own.
When you get up, rather than get up and go,
Practice gratitude for waking up alive.
Meditation to spend quality time with yourself.
Deep breathing to savour your alive moments and improve your emotional baseline.
Speak to your inner child using affirmations and encouragement.
Hug yourself.
Catharsis to shake off that lying "down energy!"
Set an intention to have a good day!
Soothe and regulate yourself throughout the day.
Segment intending.
Reassuring yourself.
Eating healthy.
Exercise.
Evaluating your day.
Praising yourself for getting through your day.
