"It’s not you—it’s me. Allow me to explain:
The Feeling: It’s not your presence, actions, or essence at fault. It’s how I feel about the situation—an internal tension I’m still learning to navigate, a reaction that originates within me.
The Perception: It’s my view of our dynamic, filtered through a lens of past experiences and overanalysis. I bring this distortion, not you.
The Trigger: It’s what this relationship stirs in me—unresolved echoes rising to the surface, challenging me to look inward rather than point outward.
Decisions: It's Decisions I have made that led me here. Decisions I need to analyse and strategise a way forward.
The Work: It’s the personal growth I’m recognizing I need to pursue, an ongoing process of unraveling and rebuilding that I’ve delayed too long.
The Clarity: Not because you fall short, but because I’m still discovering how to show up fully as myself. This is my journey, not your burden."
Allow me to reconcile the essence of who I am before I embark on another journey that involves another human being. Or allow to choose how my journey unfolds. I am sorry.
