Life is only now

Good morning Remember to meditate, practice gratitude, affirmations, self-hugs, deep breathing, carthartic shake, setting an intention. Mindfulness, segment intending, kindness, SIFTSEM, journal and reflect on your day. Tip from Abraham You cannot get anything wrong in life, because it is not done. You can take an emotional journey and put ease into your resistance. SIFTSEM and soothe and find a good feeling thoughts and create solutions. You might feel like you have a good reason to feel uncomfortable, and continue focusing on the unwanted, but you mess up your future experiences. Use your unwanted experiences as lessons. As you reframe to feel good now, without making excuses, you can create a better future. Do the best you can to feel the best you can. Practice feeling good now, and you will know how to align with good feelings. Also, tomorrow never comes. When it comes, it is called today. So, now is the time. Do not focus on comparisons. Jealous or feeling inferior to others, being unhappy about how others are doing, causes resistance in your life. Focus on your alignment with what you want. That is all that matters.
