How to heal

Can we heal you ask?

Depends on intention and daily use of tools.

The desire to see oneself in a different space, living a life of contentment and satisfaction, that goes beyond the physical or monetary value. Peacefulness.

We have to want it enough to do something about it. To have a why and ask for a how.

Learn to Love on three levels.

❣️First level

It has allays been about you

Whatever we need to achieve starts in us, with us. We need to commit to Intentional and committed work daily or more than 2 days a week for 3 to 6 months with support.

Take responsibility for our wellbeing, our inner stuff and our emotions.

Practice and learn tools to manage and regulate ourselves on a daily basis e.g SIFTSEM tool

Practice accessing tools to improve emotional baseline - Self-care routine.

Learn to tune in to our emotions as the guidance system they are, and create solutions in our best interest.- SIFTSEM, objective evaluation or solution focused rumination.

Heal the inner child by exploring the type of parents who raised us and parenting the neglected parts of ourselves.

On a daily basis, evaluating attitude, behaviour and thought pattern to make adjustments.

❣️Love on the second level- Investing in relationships that are nurturing and where we feel seen.

Give and receive love with our close people.

Our parents, children, partner, friends, colleagues, therapist, sponsor, co-parent, counsellor, and anyone close to us or within our close environment.

Creating boundaries to protect ourselves and others - Learning virtue and building character. Reflecting on and changing behaviours and attitudes.

❣️Third level

Investing in helping others on the the third level.

Maintaining boundaries and humility!
