Good morning all Another lovely day to be here. Remember self-care is a muscle. Incorporate all these little exercises. Just 10 minutes in the morning Meditation, Affirmations, gratitude, deep breaths, carthartic shake, set an intention. Parent and soothe throughout the day Mindfulness, segment intending, forgiveness. Get yourself nature gifts. Write a letter to your future self. What would you like to see in the next year, 5 years or 10 to 100 years of your life? If you arrived in your future in a year, 10 or 100 years, what would you like to see? What changes will you have made? Write a letter to your 6 months, a year, 5 , 10 to 100 year older self. As you write that letter, ensure you get ready to make the changes to become the person you aspire to be. Remember, whether you do anything or not, you will still be a day older tomorrow, 6 months older in 6 months time, a year older in a year's time. So, it is that you have the choice on what you do with your time from today till then. Consider whether what you are doing is fit for purpose for what you want to see in yourself in future.
