Before you start the inner child units, start with self-care and learn SIFTSEM to ground and avoid retraumatising yourself.
Ensure you journal daily or practice 30 days of SIFTSEM. You are free to share in this community.

List your developmental needs identified from answers to the above.

Who can hold me accountable?
