Congruence


Self-love is congruence.


Match your inner states with what you say and do.

Match your experience with your awareness.

Avoid lip service. That is self-betrayal.

You are not perfect. Accept your flaws, but adhere to your values, beliefs, dreams, desires, values, mission and goals.


Do not be affected by what others say or do, unless it is feedback that helps you keep track of your goals.


Practice what you preach.

If you want a healthy loving relationship, be a healthy loving human to yourself and then to others, even those you are not in a relationship with.


Your thoughts, feelings and behaviours need to be working together to achieve your goals.


Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness and managing triggers.


Express your authentic feelings and self-parent..


Remove masks


Apologise and if you do not have an answer, be honest.




To become congruent, you need to develop a sense of self and be grounded in who you are. This requires healing the inner child.
