Others say and do things we do not like, and which trigger us. We also do the same.


If you focus on the wrongs of others longer than to assess, that is self-avoidance. Their' actions are not a reason for you to have a bad day and a bad life.


You have control and need to take responsibility to shift your focus internally. That is where your power



lies.


Have inner dialogue with yourself and be less judgmental of others. The more you listen within, the more you shut out external noise.


People continue to do what people do. We cannot stop them. To buy tranquility as individuals, we can develop curiosity. To explore why we feel as we do about what other people do. This way, we take control & don't have bad days/ life because of the actions of others.

You learnt to look externally to ensure you did not upset your parents. With each step to tread carefully and be a good child, you denied your emotions.


You now look externally, believing that if others are behaving you can feel better. A lack of control males you want to control externals.


It is not the job of others to make you feel good. It is yours. Only you can feel your feelings and think your thoughts and interpret them best.

Go within.
